Replacement Policy
We offer a replacement option for eligible products, allowing you to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, where applicable. Replacement requests are subject to availability and the specific product’s replacement policy.
Eligibility for Replacements
Fit or Size Issues
If the apparel you purchased doesn’t fit properly, you can request a replacement in a different size, subject to availability.
Color Swaps
If you’d like to exchange your product for a different color, we will process the request, provided the color is available in stock.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements for defective items are prioritized to ensure customer satisfaction.
Return Process
Request Procedure
To request a replacement, visit our DK Connect Page with your order number and the reason for the replacement. Specify the size, color, or variant you’d like to swap for.
Replacement Pickup
After your replacement request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Attach the label to your package, and we will arrange for the pick-up. Pickup details will be shared via email or text message. If you are in a non-pickup zone or if pickup is unavailable for any reason, we kindly request you to courier the item back to the address provided on the return shipping label.
Shipping for Replacements
We will arrange for the return of the original item and ship the replacement at no additional cost, provided it meets the conditions outlined in the product’s replacement policy.
Exclusions and Limitations
Final Sale or Perishable Products
Certain items, including but not limited to final sale, perishable goods, or personalized/customized products, are not eligible for return or replacement. Please review the product page for specific details regarding eligibility.
Hygiene and Safety Restrictions
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items like intimate apparel, swimwear, and personal care products may not be eligible for return.
Conditions for Replacements
Product Condition
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Damaged or used items will not be eligible for replacement.
One-Time Replacement
Replacements are processed only once per order for size or color issues.

If a return request is canceled, you will be notified via email or text message with the reason for the cancellation.
