Return Process

To initiate a return, please visit our DK Connect Page and provide your order number and reason for the return. For services, please follow the cancellation process described on the relevant service page.

Return Pickup

After your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Attach the label to your package, and we will arrange for the pick-up. Pickup details will be shared via email or text message. If you are in a non-pickup zone or if pickup is unavailable for any reason, we kindly request you to courier the item back to the address provided on the return shipping label.
